Shake well before using. Fill dropper (will only be 1/4-1/2 full) can be added to small amount of water or juice, or take straight from the dropper.

Suggested use, one dropper in the morning. If needed after a week up the dose to two.

St. John’s Wart: contains hypericin and hyperforin, which are thought to affect mood.

Lemon Balm: lower anxiety and nervousness. Some research is so shown the lemon balm extract can improve one’s mood and attention.

Stinging nettle: high in amino acids, protein, flavonoids, and bone building materials, like iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Has shown an antioxidant capacity and brain tissue against the scopolamine- induced memory impairment model.

Warning: talk with your physician before taking any herbal remedies to check for drug interactions St. John’s Wart may reduce the effectiveness of other medication. It should be avoided if taking critical dose prescriptions, especially for potentially serious conditions. It could in theory also reduce the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill. Excessive doses should also be avoided if you were sensitive to light or taking UV there therapy. Taking lemon balm seems to decrease how well thyroid hormones work in the body. Taking lemon ball with thyroid hormone might decrease the effect of the thyroid hormone.
